Next to the Heard Museum Indian Market itself,
this is the greatest event in the Valley of the
Sun. The River Trading Post 7th Annual Arts
of Native America Show and Sale in
Scottsdale. March 4
through March 7.
Please join us and enjoy food,
entertainment, fashion and conversation with
today's very top Native American Artists.
We'll be Introducing
Jeanette
Ferrara, Isleta Pueblo, who
creates beautiful and fashionable
jackets and outerwear from Pendleton
blankets. Jeanette's wearable art is
hugely popular, and you won't want to
miss it.
Melissa Lewis-Barns, Navajo, is
an amazing hat-maker. Each of her
hand-crafted hats and hat bands
are unique, distinctive and downright
"killer."
That's Melissa on the right wearing one
of Jeanette's jackets, and one of
Melissa's hats.
You will see a complete collection, and
get to meet Jeanette and Melissa when
you visit River Trading Post.
Jeanette and Mellissa will be with us
for an entire week, March 1 through
March 5.
Daniel Moya, Pojoaque
Pueblo, joins us for the first time in a
very rare gallery appearance.
Daniel creates beautiful masks and wood
sculptures from aspen, using his own egg
tempera paints from plants, minerals and
insects.
